- 20 years experience in finance and economy
- Since early 1990’s, has been at the helm of various government institutions (Deputy minister of Economy, Deputy Minister of Privatization, President of the Privatization Fund)
- Oversaw more than 30 privatizations, advised dozens of clients in M&A transactions
- Supervisory board member of several major Croatian companies
- Founded several investment funds (CAIB Invest, Erste Invest), with funds under management of over EUR 40 million
- Author of the Voucher Privatization Programme and manager of the Government Pension System Reform project in the late 1990’s
